I moved to California after graduating from University of Florida with a degree in Accounting, worked for three years in the tax departments of Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young in route to licensure as a California CPA in 1990, graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles and admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992, and admitted to the State Bar of Montana in 2019. I started Caltana Tax Law to help clients in California and Montana resolve two of life’s stressors, taxes and business formation. My legal practice consists of tax planning, tax disputes, entity formation and organization, and contract negotiation, drafting and review.
