I started Caltana Tax Law in 2020 to resolve tax and business related issues for individuals and small businesses. My career started in the tax departments of the Big Four accounting firm, Ernst & Young and the Big Eight accounting firm, Arthur Andersen and continued as a civil litigator with the California Attorney General’s Office. My foundation in tax compliance and civil litigation provided the impetus to start Caltana Tax Law in order to provide clients the highest level of service in regard to their tax planning, tax litigation, business entity formation, and contract issues.
Technology is changing the way individuals and small businesses conduct tax planning, manage tax disputes, and protect their assets through entity formation and contract negotiation. My aim with Caltana Tax Law is to navigate this rapidly changing world of tax and business technology, effectively intersecting my expertise with my clients’ interest in minimizing their taxes and structuring their businesses in a way that minimizes risk and maximizes profit.
